Course content
Available objects for communication between the user and OS resources, work with files. Event Handler in the program menu and dialogs, objects Common Dialog Object. Advanced user interface - Context menu, help, button bar, MDI, Drag and Drop. Error handling routines for handling errors. Drawing and special effects incl. animation. Mass data processing - access to the database. Communication program with ext. HW resources eg: RS232, HP-IB, Centronics, TCP/IP. Distribution program. Testing, debugging and compiling the program. Using the "Application Setup Wizard" to create an install version of the final software product. Content of practices: The practice will focus on the creation of simple applications under development environment Microsoft Visual .Net Studio using object-oriented access to the basic components of MS Windows.
