Information strategy, information system requirements, possibilities of use of company information systems in the management of major internal business processes. 2. Strategy and planning, acquisition (purchase and development), implementation (introduction), operation and maintenance, decommissioning. 3. Information support of various levels of management, decision-making support systems, management information system, integrated systems of company management, advanced planning systems, management of supplier-consumer chains, data warehouses. 4. Marketing IS, marketing intelligence system, marketing research system 5. Point of Sale systems, automation of data entry, e-commerce. 6. IS in the services, supporting the creation of product in services, processes of support and repair of products 7. Operational CRM applications, analytical CRM applications, application of CRM to support cooperation 8. The processes of economic company management, economic IS, Cash Flow Management application, controlling. 9. Payroll systems, Employee Relationship Management, Human Resources Management, Workforce Dynamics Analysis, Workforce Automation, Employee Portal, groupware (support of teamwork). 10. Logistics IS, freight transport management, management of passenger transport, repair activity 11. The essential features of the Internet, basic Internet services, communication on the Internet, e-business 13. Individual processing of the seminar paper.
