Key learning outcomes Master's degree program Social Policy and Social Work extends the Bachelor's degree program Social Policy and Social Work, which is accredited by the FPF SU. It follows programs of social work that fulfill and respect the Minimum of Educational standard in social work. The program builds a cognitive framework of political and social contexts of social issues, similarities and differences of national approach to solved themes within the European area. It is focused on social policy and public administration in terms of their response to the new economic and social challenges. At the same time, the program focuses on building of key competencies of students, which means that it tries to form a broad profile of graduates of master's degree with an integrated general and professional education. The structure of the courses is aimed to clarifying of the priorities by achieving of social cohesion in conditions of the formation of inclusive society in which the individual is able to fully participate. Teaching in the master's degree program is carried out in full-time study in a form of modular system. The two-year study is designed in accordance with community needs and possibilities of the school specializing on the coordination of social and economic policy in questions of social exclusion and social inclusion in conditions of the local and regional administration. The issue permeates particular study blocks as social integration in regional, national and European area is one of the dominant present themes. The aim of the master's degree program is to prepare university educated professionals who are specialists in the professions of social work and public administration with wider theoretical and practical knowledge. They can work as managers of organizations of social policy, in institutions of public administrations, in analysis, planning and implementation of social policies and programs, in evaluating the effects of changes in social policy and public administratio
