1. Introduction to commercial law, its sources, the system, status, scope and jurisdiction 2. The basic characteristics of the business, subjects of commercial law, commercial and trade terms 3. Individual business 4. Joint venture, principles of legal regulation of business companies, personal (mixed) of the company 5. Joint-stock company, a limited liability company 6. Other business entities 7. Business obligations 8. Creation, modification, extinction and commercial commitments, the time as a significant fact in legal relations 9. Liability in contractual relations 10. The purchase contract, contract for work 11. Selected types of trade agreements 12. Solutions to trade disputes, bankruptcy and countervailing proceedings 13.
